Bid Farewell to Anxiety
On October 9th 2025, I held a cross-boundary Panel Discussion titled Bid Farewell to Anxiety: Addressing the Anxieties of Our Era. Alongside the discussion, I curated an interactive art exhibition that reflected the event’s central theme: the intersection of psychological reflection and artistic expression. In the accompanying exhibition, I designed a series of theater-themed posters featuring quotes from director Stan Lai’s plays, such as Secret Love in Peach Blossom Land and A Dream Like a Dream. Each of the six display panels reinterpreted Lai’s theatrical aesthetics through a visual and emotional lens, drawing from stage design, promotional imagery, and color psychology.

Brain Health — Now Is the Time to Start
I directed and filmed an advocacy short video promoting mental health awareness. The film presents four practical tips alongside four contrasting examples, encouraging viewers to recognize unhealthy habits and take simple, actionable steps toward emotional well-being. Through clear visuals and empathetic storytelling, the project aims to inspire audiences to prioritize mental health in their daily lives.
